No returns accepted. Once an order is placed, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exception: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, email info@valvecapsandshit.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a free replacement.
